I’m looking to get my car on the strip sometime in April so I figured I’d try to get a little meet together at New England Dragway. I was thinking a test and tune session on either Saturday the 20th or Sunday the 21st or any weekend after that. Last year I went for a Friday street night and there were only a handful of Audi’s and no V8 S4’s. It’s never a bad time when a bunch of guys get together to race and talk about cars. I have a thread started over on AZ to get a list of those who are interested and to set a date. Open for suggestions and all are welcome.

like I mentioned on AZ, would like to go but I doubt I’ll have an Audi to bring… maybe I’ll run the Jeep, its pretty fun for 3 tons lol. Even if the CQ were running I’ll probably be out until all the Mountains close up, Cannon is open until the 14th and i’m hoping Sunday River does the free day in may so I can have a 7 month season + tuckermans for memorial day.
regarding scheduling I’ve always had the best luck on days with less events, some of the test and tunes have a line at 6am if there are lots of other events. Wednesday test and tunes are fairly empty, but thats tough for most people given how far epping is. opening night is brutal, i wouldn’t bother.
My last weekend of boarding is probably going to be Reggae Fest at Sugarloaf April 13th and 14th. Have you done tuckerman’s before?
Looking at the schedule the only test and tune session by itself is the first weekend and after that they get the events started. I’d rather do a less busy street night but there’s no way I can take an afternoon off to head up there and I’m sure that’s the case for a lot of people.
