The GmbH guys have new hardware, how the hell are we going to tune the next generation of RS cars??

She looks a bit getto with the radiator… Nevertheless, voiding the painted radiator, the plenum chamber runs 20 degrees cooler.

You mean quattro?

GmbH is like “Inc.”

What did you mean about the painting/not painting? Who did that experiment?

Avus ti looks great. Is your car running full bore yet? And what was that epc scare you had?

Sakimano. I nickname the corporate guys at Quattro (or as you may please, Inc) as the german GmbH guys (Norweigan AS, Swedish AB). Pardon the confusion.

By powdercoating the S/C radiator black, you lose cooling efficiency(per TTS). Hence, I was adviced not to opt for the blacked out option when I purchased the S/C system. However, perhaps I have been proven wrong? bitcpy on AZ has provided some very interesting option to the “getto” look while improving the cooling effeciency further. Here is a link provided. (http://www.calicocoatings.com) I might have to try this?

In regards to the EPC situation and the cut off. The reading was “Fuel pressure TOO HIGH??” I never though I would need to give the RS4 blood pressure meds? We believe the combination of the very high temp/humidity is S FL with slightly lower quality fuel than 98 RON might have given the ECU’s a tilt? We are now running a mix of 93oct and 105oct, plus, nwe are finally cooling down in S FL.

We have not finished the ECU programming yet. As of today, she is running at 95% on the MRC tune. We are ripping out the ECU chips in a couple of weeks and I will report back in.

Happy Holidays all.

Over and out for now.
