P0 300, 302, 306 codes

threw some codes today. Cold and sitting for a while.
Where should I start? Car runs fine as far as I can tell.

just reset
thanks

Check plugs and coilpacks as those are cylinder misfires. JHM has a good deal on oem plugs.

Try adding the long code definition, to go along with the codes this should also help other members identify the codes. This should result in more suggestions. However meistah is a strong member so his advice should be good enough

Meistah is on the money.

PO 300 is a misfire, but the ecu does not know which cylinder
PO 302 is a misfire in cylinder two
PO 306 is a misfire in cylinder six

I looked at the ross-tech wiki and this is what they said could be the possible causes

Ignition system
Fuel injectors
Fuel pressure
Running out of fuel
EVAP canister purge valve
Evaporative emission system
Low compression
Base engine problems
Controle Module damaged

But start with plugs and coil packs.

That makes me think of a very infrequent “stutter” or stumble that happened.
I was thinking a coilpack was going bad or something. It only happened once or twice, not repeatable.

With this CEL, maybe I better check it out.

I cleared the code and so far, so good. Hopefully it is just worn plugs or something.
I’ll update after I check it out in depth.

Thanks for the responses, gives me something to research!

See if you have the updated coil packs. You should be able to get them done under warranty. Also make sure to check the plugs as this is another big one
