I’m guessing the in car video is your dad. And the other car is your new vw. It was kinda hard for me to make out the other car. At first I thought it was another s4.

S4 is my pops car, GTI is mine. Passenger in both cars.
S4 is on stock wheels, stock rotors. This exact setup ran 11.8x last year at 116 I believe. GTI on early revision Stage 1 went 12.5@113.75. Since that flash I have improved over 2 seconds in 60-130 and trapped 118 on Vbox.
So I think the thread title should be changed to whoever was driving the S4.
This was not exciting…I also hate FWD because once you start making decent power all you have to look forward to is 60-130mph street races. This is one of the reasons why I abandoned my GT28 1.8T GLI 8 years ago…it was pointless. Then I bought my B7 S4 and realized how much time and money I wasted in a FWD.

B8 S4s with pump gas and tune/pulley and a couple of bolt ons hit 12.2-12.3 @ 112-113 mph
The GlykosTI went 113.7. Should be good for 12.1-12.2 on a car like an RS4 or a B8 S4 with a good AWD system.
so the Golf was about 3-4 full tenths slower than AWD cars making similar power. It’s all momentum from his 60 and 330 (1st and 2nd gear)

Pretty crazy that your GTI is faster than a Macan Turbo and your S4 is faster than an M3.

That’s pretty subjective. It’s okay for me to take the high road. Getting that worked up with no provocation has little to do with me; it’s an inward problem. I’m polite to him in real life and a gentleman, and will kill him with kindness to make up for my presence. If I was him I could see hating me, but he should be like all of the other adults and tolerate it (or not care).
