I am new to this forum. Here is some background on my B7: my main problem on my 2008 Audi A4 2.0T (Tiptronic) was this:
049409 - No Communication with Transmission Control Module

I have replaced the engine harness, and now I can at least talk to the TCM (transmission control module). There was some water damage in the ECU box (mainly relays and wiring). PRNDS is all highlighted, and my tranny is in limp mode (3rd gear). Here is a copy of the full scan,
