Question about coilovers/spacers

Hey Everybody,
So i finally decided to lower my car a few inches. The decision was made towards coilovers. Could you please recommend the brand/model of coilovers which would have the most comfortable ride?

My second question is with regards to the spacers that i need to run in order to fit my new set of wheels.
I picked up a set of 10mm spacers from local store in Toronto, however it seems like they didn’t fit properly leaving this huge gap between the spacer & rotor? So when i tried to install 8.5"X19 et43 wheel it did not work out, due to the lug bolts being to short (55mm)? I went through ECS and could not understand which one i need. Some of the spacers have notes saying " fits hub up to 12mm / 13.5mm / 15mm?

Most comfortable coilovers? Any of them that use linear instead of progressive springs. Stasis streetsport are the only coilovers I have ever felt that I would consider comfortable. I have heard good things about koni street comforts as well. Stuff like ST’s, v1s, etc… are good suspension, but aren’t “comfortable”.

I loved my ST’s. very comfortable and cheap too. They are a galvanized version of the KW V1.

Get the coils on and lower the car. THEN take measurements and get the right spacers. I only use H&R spacers because they are hub centric.

Because of differences in wheels, tires, and other variables you can’t possibly know the proper spacer to get.

Stasis c/o’s are comfy, I have the track sports on my B7 and had the SL on my B5 and both are nice.

If you’re running hub-centric rings and spacers then I suggest you go this route.

Thanks for advice. The wheels came of from lowered audi a4 1.8t. The previous owner told me that he used 10mm spacers. I’ve seen his car once and it looked clean. Since I was planning to order suspension and spacers in the same time…I was carious which part number of H&Rspacers people use. I don’t think that there are should be any gaps between the spacer and rotor (refer to first image). It should be tight…correct me if I am wrong. ???
