Question on my slave cylinder

I was getting ready to order the USP metal slave when I noticed the slave on my car isn’t plastic like the factory ones…

I can’t seem to figure out why my slave looks so much different than oem or the usp one.

oem:

That looks like the right OEM slave. You can tell by where the line and bleeder nipple are. It is reversed on the other one. The part number has been updated.

Does the picture of the one on my car look like an original slave from 2004 since the part has been updated?

nevermind, i went and looked at it after work today. its plastic, mostlikely the original from the car

Thats normal to see the slave shaft fall out. It looks like yours fell out and when that happens it makes the slave look different. To be honest I have not noticed a difference using any aftermarkett slaves. The OEM units are pretty good.
