Just want to take a moment to honor Paul Walker and make a prayer for his friends and family… We lost a great car guy and a great person…
One of my favorite actors from my favorite movie series of all time.
Rest in peace bud!

At first when I herd this I thought great one more big money movie star that has a fast car they can’t cortrol… well then I herd it was a charity event and a buddy took him for a ride.
Sux. turns out porsche isn’t such a safe car and mad did that suck for the car world. He did do a lot and I don’t know if you saw the end of fast 6 but fast 7 looked to be a block buster.
Paul held down that franchise and just recently had his doughter move in with him. Sad day Rest in pease…
There was a crowd of family and friends, including the driver’s 8 y/o son:
[quote]“I ran over afterwards, I was trying to find Roger’s son,” Torp said. “I found out his son had jumped the fence and gone over, he was trying to get his dad out. Paul Walker’s best friend was trying to get Paul out of the car while it was still on fire … he was trying to save his friend … there was nothing he could do.”

Those cars are widow makers. Crazy.
Wonder how fast they were going though. 100+ mph from the looks.
Reminds me of the obliterated Enzo on PCH
I test drove a 911 once - squirly as fuck. So sad when this happens, all for the love of cars
RIP… Shame for their families… Here is the owner/drivers car collection… He was a big Mustang, especially Salleen collector… Had a B5 S4 as well… lol
Very sad.
I’m a huge fan of the Fast movies. Wonder if they scrap filming on the current one.
I think it’s already in post-production so I presume it will be released in a Batman-Heath Ledger type way.
Very sad news. From what I’ve read, he was a really humble and respectable guy. RIP.
Damn, that really sucks… [:(]
It really sucks. Im pretty sure I watched all his fast and furious movies enough to recite them line by line. Kind of weird that they happened to be on TV non stop this weekend…
Fast 7 was still shooting so the film wasn’t done. The cast was on holiday break and was suposed to resume filming today. Right now it seems fast 7 is still at a point where it might be scrapped or atleaset put on hold for a while.
Wow, basically both guy’s collection here. I had no idea he was that much of a car guy. RIP.
Funny I know a lot of people who make fun of me but I’ve never been ashamed to admit to anyone I loved the FF series, gay and unrealistic as it was. It’s like star trek for car geeks.
Stupid stuff happens, such a shame, for them and us.
that other car slammed the brakes and did a little rally slide. Were they racing?
Also, not sure if Wheel of Fortune is just really cruel or what but this was tonight.

^^ wow that is pretty cruel. how does that not get flagged before airing?
and I read a report today that the police are investigating whether they were street racing another car. the whole story is just awful. as others have pointed out, he was one of the good guys in hollywood.
well the other car I mentioned the driver jumped out real quick and ran at an explosion. There are brave people, but most people would call fire/police etc first if just passing by. If your buddy was in there, you’d risk your life to get him out
I think that’s pretty much what happened.

Cops have said no racing, and they only went 45
This is a new low for carrera GT handling lol
wtf only 45??? I haven’t been following because I find it too depressing… but that’s ridiculous what a garbage car.
