Who caers if you have videos of cars blowing up at the track. Post them. You act like you’re threatening me with that information lol.
I asked for the other videos because 8urV8 made a bunch of claims about the races with Hunter. Let’s see if it’s true. Post it up. You are weird dude. You still haven’t justified why you’re going after me whenever you can. And you still haven’t shown me to be calling anyone a liar over races etc. I just asked questions.
again, depends on where the measurement is taken. You will have things like piping, IC’s and TB’s that cause “pressure drop” but in the end 20 psi in one intake manifold, is the same as 20 psi in another intake manifold.
His arguments that he was at 20 psi and the other car at 30 has some relevance, but it’s an absurd thing to compare considering he is running a completely different motor, fuel etc. A totally stock motor @ 30psi compared to his 20 psi on a 3L with better breathing heads, IM, TB, etc could be very close power wise (that seems to be what you’re getting at here, and I agree).

Nororious… fuck… we agree on something…
Bigger heads intake and throttle body all bring a drop in turbo pressure to push the same amount of air. Since the B5 Measures pressure at the throttle body… they both are measureing boost at the same refrence. Adam has bigger components vs hunter. That bigger components equals a bigger presseure drop. So using 30psi vs 20psi isn’t showing the true CFM the turbos are moving or the power that each car is getting from boost
corbett was in his stage 3 apr car its not the fastest but thats what he takes out to these meets. Its more of a autox / road course car. alcons ohlins and adjustable suspension pieces sway bars and decent power…
There was 3 races of the Z06 the owner was a friend of a friend that thinks my S4 would have got walked and wanted me to loose badly. Ill try to get the guy to chime in here is The wind tunnel aero engineer at GM im sure he was racing and Im sure he wanted to win LOL
I was the passenger in the c6z when Adam raced it – Adam pulled on us - He got the hit but we didn’t/couldn’t catch him - my friend ran it hard too - it was a good run-c6z has air filter kooks long tube headers and a street tune
The funny thing is that vette stayed right with your ass that video or actually pulls on you a little…nothing like the first video you posted.
No in car shots of that race…or does it get embarrassing when your closer than a thousand feet?
Before you or Corbett get bent out of shape…I know your car isn’t “done” and just to hang with a C6Z would be pretty damn impressive, but I’m not sure why the first video was you blowing that car out.
The first video as I said earlier was the vette in the wrong gear. If he had been in first he probably would have spun though. Racing an rwd vette in freezing conditions is delicate
So the s4 jumps at first and gets that lead, as would anyone’s s4 or rs4 in that situation, but once they get going it’s dead even. That in itself is pretty awesome as you said. Z06 with headers and tune is usually good for high 120s low 130s trap speeds
I just don’t understand pretending like he completely walked the car in the first video…then Corbett chimed in and tried to express how legit the run was…then we finally see a clean run and it’s exactly like we said from the beginning.
Anyways…nice race 8URV8, your car should be a monster when properly tuned. Just do us one favor…make sure it goes fast from 0-130 and not just 60-130.
