He is indeed. I guess since the Lambo came from the opposite direction and hit the GT-R’s driver side, he didn’t get the brunt of it.

Looks like a GTR… What are the chances as they were going opposite directions.
ROFL, Half of the the crashes the people are laughing@!!
According to the tire tracks and the one guy that’s relatively unharmed, that’s exactly how it happened. Opposite direction, Lambo (driven by an inexperienced 24 year girl who’s probably never driven anything more powerful than a Camry) lost control and crossed the median into the GT-R. Based on the 200 or so feet of locked up tire braking, I’m guessing she was going quite fast.
Apparently she only had two brain cells left…and they were fighting. The wrong one won.
call me impressed with the tesla model S

I can’t really get excited about it
You can say ‘it’s electric’…to which I say 'ok, so you save $2,000 a year on fuel, and pay for some electricity…now can we evaluate it as a car? Once you do you see it’s not very fun dynamically, and the price vs. performance isn’t exactly lighting the world on fire. That world includes the Audi S6 that will absolutely rape the Tesla and keep $25,000 in your jeans for the next 12 years of gas bills.
I think if I were going to overpay for an electric car with shit range I would overpay for the beautiful Fisker Karma

edit: just saw this picture of the Tesla. Looks pretty great here…was this a pre-production model or something?? I can just picture the designer of the Aston Martin sedan and the Maserati Gran Turismo fuming in anger…looks like a copycat.
I’ll say that I’m pretty impressed by the quarter mile time on the Tesla, and if it came out 5 years ago, that’d be leading the pack for $80-120k sedans. But damn if MB/BMW/Audi haven’t moved the bar for performance in that regard in the last year or two.
And, as far as looks go, I personally think the Fisker Karma may be one of the best looking sedans out there. I also think the Fisker is the only one who did the whole electric /hybrid deal right. The whole point of electric motors is instant power, so why slap a full drivetrain in there when you can have individual motors at the wheels and not waste that power moving unnecessary parts.
I’d just hate to think of it catching on fire being a plausible issue.
Cheap cheap sprint blue RS4. Can’t see the carfax though.
Haha, I hoping that the monkey actually shot them down!
Sandy salvage lot !
Here’s the carfax from Autotrader: http://www.carfax.com/VehicleHistory/p/Report.cfx?make=AUDI&vin=29|-93|5|68|-57|-31|116|121|0|-20|47|-8|-12|24|64|55|86|-83|-36|57|30|-75|-23|88|&dealer_id=78387&car_id=336676118&partner=ATD_W
Looks like it’s a 1-owner car with a decent service record. That car is filthy though, look at the engine and seats… Also, pretty shady that they have it listed on ebay for $7k less than the Autotrader price. Wonder what could warrant such a drop? Maybe they found a serious engine problem with it.
Did Sandy extend all the way to Wisconsin? I must have missed that!
Sure did, Happened in the night as you slept!
JHM should do billet S4 blocks. That’s what AMS is doing for the GTR. I can’t imagine what one of those blocks will cost.

Probably part of their 100k AMS 12 and maybe the AMS 9 package
AMS 12 60-130pmg 3.3 sec…

Those tests are odd.
If that car can go zero to 60 in 3.0 seconds, it can in theory get to 130 in 6.6 seconds. That’s nuts.
Interestingly the AMD car that did the 5.7 second 60-130 is not so lucky. It took 12.2 seconds to go 0-128 mph at the dragstrip (that was his time)
So 0-60 in about 6.5 seconds… In other words slower than stock.
60-130 is sketch, and can be used to hide a truly useless car’s weaknesses when you’re scared of the truth machine that is the quarter mile.
The gtr guys with epic 60-130 times also go to the dragstrip and back it up. The Audi guys? They hide.
Whats the fastest 60-130 Audi time that you know of that hasnt had a heart transplant, 7sec? 6?
Probably UR TT R8s I bet thet are in the 4s with race gas
