Do you have a picture of the license plate? The rear of those cars look so good too.

Put the Boxster on track. It’s about 9 seconds slower than a GT4, with about 1/3 the operating cost in consumables. What a fantastic car out of the box. A lot more satisfying than any Audi.

The Boxster was basically a no options car. Porsche charges $3600 for their best nav and carplay system. I got this one for about $1100 from Kenwood, and it’s significantly newer. Uses Garmin for the nav, which I find is better than B9 Audi nav or Apple Maps B9. Has a $30 satellite radio module behind it. USB cable routes in the transmission tunnel to center console. Really pleased with it. Enjoying HD radio as well, as each station has a second channel with alternate programming.

Looks clean, how much was the unit and install?

Kenwood DNX893S - $970
Suncoast dash carrier - $100
Sirius module - $30
Install with antennas, mic, USB - $300

But can it run Waze?

This one doesn’t seem to have 3rd party maps. I’m unclear on which end support for that is needed, or how I can add more apps to CarPlay. On the Audi, it will do Apple Maps. I assume if you use the Android Auto that it does the Google Maps or Waze.

I’d love to get waze running on our tesla screen.

Had the wheels refinished in gloss white again to get rid of some curb rash, and wrapped them in new Pilot Sport 4S in 245/34ZR20 and 285/30ZR20. Rides nice.
