The M3 hood has two little nostrils. That looks nice. But the big vents, and the scoop…they don’t seem to fit on a B7.

I’d love a functional hood to reduce intake temps, especially in the summer. All that heat really kills my power.

I agree, kinda ricey for my taste but as I mentioned if vorsteiner made the same hood minus the scoop I’d be very tempted. Frankly, I love my B7 so I’m very reluctant to alter the appearance with anything I don’t absolutely love. The JHM kit is the only thing I would seriously consider. Parts wise, nothing has changed since I had all of the mods done six months after purchasing it new… tune was swapped from Giac to JHM but nothing else.
Get an rs4…it’s like going built motor/wide body in one transaction.
Then get the jhm supercharger on THAT.
That’s where the real cheesecake is.
I was talking to Dan, and the intro price they’re running on the rs4 supercharger is frigging incredible.

I have two friends whose job is exactly this. One is contracted to repair/update the transmission lines/antennas for the majority of the buildings in NYC through his union. He sends us some really awesome pictures from time to time. Mostly night time pics because that is when they want these guys to work. Nuts.
The other friend gets flown all over the country for special jobs like these. He often inpects the integrity of the welds or fasteners as well. Dual position job, scary as hell. Definitely not for me.

A while back someone posted (on here I think) pictures or videos or both of te MASSIVE pile ups in Russia and other countries. I don’t mean, 10-15 cars, I’m talking 80-120 cars and in some cases more. Some of the carnage from the multiple impacts was nutty. Especially when the big rigs came crashing through. Scary stuff.
