interesting. i put my 2015 vin in there and it’s not listed as a recalled vehicle!

They usually do recalls in stages so that they don’t overwhelm the dealerships. I saw it happen with the 28F2 ignition coil recalls and then the mechatronics recalls for the A3s/newer body style TTs.

Are you saying that af a later date they might recall the 2015 cars even if they’re bad now?

It is a logistical thing so they do some cars now, then more in a short time period, and keep going until all the affected cars are either fixed or added to the list.
