REVOLUTIONARY RESULTS - Dragstrip database update notification thread

here are my other 2 runs. They are slower because for some reason car did not upshift from 1st to 2nd. It hit the rev limiter than shifted. Cost me time.

Hey bud! Welcome to AR! We’ve already discussed the passes… Lol

Looks like a pretty decent run given the conditions. Welcome to AR!

Lol. Sorry I bothered u last night and this morning. Helped out the learning curve a lot. Happy to join the forum.

Yea everyone says its a slower track than thompson ohioby a tenth or 2. There were evos running mid 11s they all said they run low 11s some other places. Air was getting better but they shut the track at 9.30 so if it was open till mid night I bet da would be 2000 to 1900s.

If it was getting down to the 2000s then the DA must have been really bad for you.

Great to have another B8 S4 member. Welcome

Yea I am at 1100 feet. Unfortunatelly humidity and temperatures increased the DA quite a lot. At 5.30 DA was close a bit above 2900:-[ Once I figured out how to launch the car. I waited till the da to come down. When it came down to 2600 I went for it and that was my best run. I cant wait for September october when da is under 1000. :stuck_out_tongue:

Might as well post up your other timeslips so we can add you to the database.

What tune? Pulley?

Dammit where is the edit button haha. Revo 1+. So stage 2.

Wtf is 1+?why not call it 2?dummies

It’s crazy how slow Revo is in warm weather and shitty DA. Poor engine

Is it worse than the others? You mentioned that when your dad had it. West mentioned it too (by posting his slips )

Maybe revo built in lots of protection for high IAT (they hold the car back when it’s hot ) , and that’s how they protect it and why they feel confident to run so much timing. Makes sense to me as an explanation, but not sure it is the best way to tune.
I will leave that determination to the experts .

Even mid summer logs showed almost 0 timing pull with Revo however the Pbox times got drastically slower. I feel like my pops just got lucky and didn’t pop that motor to be honest, we ran race gas one time and the car got slow and felt so off we just switched right back to the pump program.
