Ya I saw that… I almost think you’d get $40 back at a scrapyard for the steel.
LOL no kidding. Chances are and I didn’t look at the original price. But changes are they are mixed grade steel and not worth much. Still for just driving on and stopping they would be a good budjet.
The only thing I would never suggest getting the cheap version of is the 02s. I have never seen any of the off brand or universal ones last. Whats even worse they almost never throw a code so you have a new o2 that is not working properly and you never get a code. Many a person has chased there tail trying to find that bug out.
Funny you say that about the O2 sensor, while I don’t think Walker is an off brand, I’d be more comfortable with the bosch ones when it requires an engine removal to replace them.
Exactly - you REALLY don’t want to have to pull the engine out twice, if you can avoid it.
Man those are cheap rotors and pads. I wonder how decent they are…talking like $125 for all four corners.
I bought the centric rotors last summer.
Other than having to paint the centers I’ve had no complaints, no warpage, no odd wear.
