RS-4 Missing Screw Help

[Cross post from AZ] Anyone know the part number, or where I can find it, for the screw next to the red arrow? The dealer ordered a part, but I’m certain its a hpfp part, where this arrow is pointing to a screw that goes into the head below the HPFP.

I’ve noticed a very strong fuel smell lately and it seems to be coming from the area where the screw is supposed to be. Hoping this is the fix.

Really appreciate the help.

That looks like its on the cylinder head. There shouldnt be any fuel coming out of that area. I wouldnt think that would be linked to your fuel issue

What he said ^. No fuel coming from the head, you may have a leak near by though. Have you looked for evidence of a leak near the fuel injector rail and base of the HPFP’s?

Hard to tell from the angle but it looks like that hole may be from where an engine hoist/lift bracket would normally be? (the red arrow for reference.). I can check later to confirm on my car.

I’ve had a lot of these during my life. Some worked out better than others.

Yep, you both are spot on. Turns out my fuel smell is coming from a leak around the bottom of the hpfp; Likely the o-ring. The screw hole is a path to nowhere.

For closure, the culprit is on the left…failed Hpfp o-ring.
