After months and months of hype and flair from amd and supporters of AMD attacking APR for there selection of blower has AMD gone to the track and gotten worse results then APR…is this true…

lets not forget that APR ran an impressive 11.8 time in more then one car. The hype was that AMD was comming with a bigger blower better parts better this. Here is a quote from one of the guys involved…maybe the title of stage 3 satire… is maybe a stab at apr…

with all flags a go the AMD car driven… NOT by the owner of the car… But by the owner of the company that holds the name of the kit. AMD… The owner of AMD took the customers car to the track…lets forget that this kit hasn’t really been tested yet even tho its called production… Long after the claimed production run it finially gets tested by the woner of the company… leaving nothing to chance… here is a pic of the owner driving the customers car

the results from a few GM LS guys… got to love em as Im a big gm guy… The resuls say the runs were not quite ground brewaking and that they were in the low 12s maybe a high 11 at best…

After some chatter about the results and the car. The owner of AMD came on here and insulted the entire site saying it was

he took the time to post that and many more non helping posts only to then atempt to delete them after several members realized that was in poor taste… All the posting and ranting never once did a mention come up to challenge that the big blower AMD car didn’t fail well short…

Personal actions of the shop owner are one thing… We can toss that out we have all seen his actions… lets turn to the results… did the AMD car really fail to beat the APR record that was apparently so easy to beat…

I was accused of being a basher of AMD… not at all. I don’t agree with how people cunduct themselfs from time to time and I sound off on it… This is a chance to get past the BS and get good info out there.

If the car did go high 11s… its not record breaking but it is cheers to the kit… Even if the kit went low 12s… still chears. PES kit coun’t muster a 12.5

AMD has like 5 RS4’s and 3 R8’s at the shop, among a million other cars, people just basically abandon their cars at AMD, its hilarious.

Because people trust Jason, you have heard so many shit stories about APR,JHM,VAST, etc. Please point me to a AMD hate Jason story.

Seriously Jflunkie, find me one customer who talked shit to Jason, said FUCK AMD and posted the big lawsuit or slander? Oh you cant? Why is that? AMD has been around for over a decade serving customers from all over the country, but there has to be at least one customer that has been screwed over right?

AMD does not need to buy an R8 to make a kit, people are throwing their R8’s at Jason to do it. AMD does not need an RS4 either, because again, people who own R8’s plus RS4’s tell Jason what they want the car to do and give him the green light to get it done.

You keep trying to say AMD needs to spend cash purchasing cars outright, but that’s not the case.

The customer’s car who Jason is doing development work on, is getting hooked up, make no mistake. There are no ill feelings or issues with how AMD is running their business.

All of you guys are disappointed that an RS4 can hit 11’s on pump gas and street tires? Then definitely do not buy the 1900…

Why worry abiut the people talking about the failures when you can see yours the twttes csr and now this rs4 failure…

Being able to sfrape off a low 12 secind pass is great it was when apr did it 3 years ago…maybe ythey shouldnt have bash the apr time back then cause now they have done less…

I wouldn’t necessarily say “disappointed”. It was just an initial test after all, I’m sure you guys will go back and tweak it and do some more runs.

You make it seem like an RS4 breaking into the 11’s on pump gas and street tires is amazing. Maybe back when the PES kit was the only option it would have been a bit more exciting, but there are more options for the RS4 now. I’d wager we may even see a few NA RS4’s break into the 11s this year…

But again, I’m glad there’s another company doing some development and I’m sure you’ll go out and tweak some more stuff and do some more runs (and post the results of course).

NA hitting 11’s but trapping 113MPH is a disaster, sorry, having a quick car is not having a fast car. Most fast cars trap 120 +, I would hate to say my car runs 11’s and then gets shit on every highway pull.

I doubt you will see ANY RS4 hitting 11’s NA. But good luck, the SC RS4’s have trouble hitting high 11’s, except the MRC fiasco.

I know who I was talking to he seems reasonable, you don’t. I will be happy to share info with him, you I will never share info, you will need to continuously dig for it.

I think it would be killer to see NY07RS4 do 11’s too. I’m not as huge a hater as you think I am.

Race gas or not. MRC’s 125 + traps on an RS4 is Definitely moving.

MRC’s and my S5 both run 11’s on pump gas at a track that is slightly up hill and usually with a head wind and raced in the day time (no cold dense night air). We have customers that have had other kits and they blow our trumpet, we don’t have to.

AMD is most successful at attacking the winners. If you’re getting trolled big time by AMD’s lone employee or his proxy spokesmen (killeds4, twits4estate, mjackson, JPrice, sektorm7 etc), many of whom post from the amd shops ip address (shocker) you know you’re doing something right.

Keep it up TTS/JHM/APR/MRC!
