RS4 Mechanical Adjuster codes

I’m getting 2 fault codes for the RS4 Mechanical Adjusters. I recall the S4s having issues with these, but not on the RS4s. Just wanted to hear if anyone else has encountered this. I’ve already been in contact with CV and we are looking into possible issues.

Do these codes pop up on key up… or do you have to start the car for them to be active. If you clear them do they pop right back up.
