not really because he mentioned a bunch of the problems and shortcomings of the S4 that are actually addressed in the RS4…and on top of this, the thread is comparing TT to RS4, not TT to S4.
Further, he didn’t really adddress the whole ‘would you daily drive a 996 turbo’ question, which is presumptively the basis for the entire thread.
If someone wants a 996 turbo, they will go and get one. If someone is looking to daily drive a 996 turbo…and is comparing it to a four door Audi sport sedan, you can tell they’re a bit apprehensive of living with a 996 100% of the time.
Finally, your > comparisons failed to address the fact that supercharged RS4 will obliterate 99.99% of the 996 turbos out there 99.99% of the time, and will do so with your wife, son and dog in the car. You’ll get a few heavily modified 996 turbos that run with drag slicks and look impressive when you put some race gas in the engine and let it howl…but get one on pump gas in real life (where we all live) and it’s getting raped.
