RS4 reference documents & other extras

I’ve referenced this guys collection of files a number of times before I had accumulated my own library of sorts.

He is a member or was a member on a couple of Audi forums but I can’t remember is user name.

There are some useful documents including the study guide contained within his directory.

There is also some non-audi content within. Figured I’d share this with the community as it might be useful to some.

Great resource, I agree. I have looked at the files in this directory previously but should have again recently!

The vacuum line on page 2 of the TSB below is what I was referring to in my EPC/CEL thread.

No joke, your thread about your I/M issues is what made me think of the directory. I was going to post in your thread pointing to this link. Too funny.

Great link to great links!

lol, I know…I couldn’t think of a better method of sharing the info. At least the directory is one location that contains a bunch of good info. I had mentioned having something similar here but it kind of fizzled.

we should try to save all that stuff here somewhere, somehow. Maybe god or countvohn have an idea on how to do that. I think they did something like that with TSBs or something.

A sticky thread for each platform with links to on-site backed up copies of all good info on the cars. Great resource.

Nice source of info, I’d never seen that link before. Thanks for sharing.

I’m happy to build something such as you asked for. We have a few projects for the site that should be wrapped up in the next few days. If you guys lay out what you want we can build it.

A sticky thread with a list of links to all of these PDF and JPG documents on the site in the OP of this page would be great. Hosting the PDFs somewhere would be the tricky part…does this site have the ability to attach a PDF to a thread post? we already know the jpegs can be hosted here with a watermark.

We could then update that sticky…it could be like the RS4 knowledge base, with links to all those docs as well as links to key threads discussing key topics that we’ve gone over. We could add to that over time, and any noobs who come here can just have a look there.

^This. It’s basically an FTP directory or folder. Or you can build it like a portal with sub categories, there’s a ton of ways to do it, I guess which ever method is the easiest and most efficient for this site/site owner would make sense.

Can just use this thread as it’s perfectly titled
