Been talking about the w140ax since the first supercharger kit came out for the rs4 .
Needs somebody to tune it though .
Has the supercharger kit market finally reached maturity ?
Incidentally, I have also been asking for this same unit to find its way under S4’s. Lots of flow in a physically small package. And a big blower doesn’t have to sap a lot of power; a bigger blower just means you can turn it slower, which improves efficiency and thereby reduces outlet temps by a LOT. There is only so slow you can turn a blower and have it stay efficient, but the 140AX is surprisingly similar in size to the M90, but the efficiency is better, maximum shaft speed is far higher, and of course flow is increased due to both. Glad somebody got the message here. Now I just need to hope it ports over to the S4 some day. 1.2psi at 2,500rpm is not enough boost for me to want to shell out $9,000. 2,500rpm is a pretty useful engine speed day to day.
That video shows that…an rs4 dynod once. Or twice. Awesome. Better take it down before someone else sees it! Why worry? Shows no performance ce, no dyno result, nothing. Could be stock for all we can tell.
Why would there be smoke and oil? Was that the big delay? I believe AMD said this would be ready for retail delivery in July. 2012.

Not sure why you’re being so aloof. I have not heard of apr or tts cars having oil and smoke problems. If you and your marketing department know more, please share. But don’t drop silly hints… It’s amateurish.
If you’ve sold ten kits that’s awesome. How many are installed on customer cars? That’s the delay I’m referring to. Jhm sold lots of exhaust systems in early 2012…but they had manufacturing problems that meant they couldn’t actually deliver them until now. Selling is easy.
Last spring you posted info about the kit and said it would be ready by July. Now it is February and you’re showing dynos… With no numbers… And no acceleration tests. Further, your customers are posting online that there have been months of delays. That’s what I’m referring to. The last story I heard was that the tvsr1900 wasn’t available or was on backorder. Seemed odd.
I don’t work for Jason, or even pay him to work on my 4 ringed piles of shit. I just sit around, drink his beer, and talk epic shit about his mother/face.
In between my shit talking, I have heard the remaining kits will be delivered soon. All cars with the kit installed are running fantastic.

Also what are they buying… We haven’t heard anything from amd about it. I guess people really trust them. Sure to be a big dyno sheet involved. I have literally seen no performance testing or claims.
I personally watched the prototype car get flogged on at The Ridge Motorsport track on a 90+ deg day…passing many impressive cars the non-charged RS4’s were being over taken by.
I’m 100% positive you will be seeing ALL the data you are asking for…including 1/4 mile time slips from a customer of Jason’s very soon…and I’ll do my best to get my pile of crap b5 running to post those numbers as well.
cool that will be great. Seems like getting acceleration data with every rs4 supercharger kit has been like pulling teeth in the past, (apr, vf, pes, mtm) so hopefully amd bucks the trend.
