RS4 Torque Mount (a.k.a. Snub Mount on other Audis) - Any DIY out there?

I have a sneaking suspicion my OEM torque mount is in shambles and want to throw an 034 in there, but haven’t seen a DIY anywhere. I’m guessing it’s a real PITA to get to.

Anyone have some input?
