RS4 whining, need help

So, I took the car in for the following:

Torque mount
Diff mount
Tranny mount
Intake spacers
Plugs
Fuel filter
Oil change

Car went in sounding normal, car came out with a low pitch whining/moan sound as in video. You can hear it best between 1600 and 2000rpm (around 11 sec and 40 sec in the video). Sorry for the quiet video, best I could do.
It sounds like a power steering pump whine. When the torque mount is put in, does it change anything with the belt tension?
What do you guys think it is?

Tighten manifold bolts properly maybe. It may evolve into a whistle, which is what most people get when their manifold isn’t sat right.

Who did the work?

What is odd, is that you can hear it much more clear on the inside of the car. If you listen outside the car, it is difficult to hear the sound as the engine noise drowns it out. Work done at Tunedub. Good shop, and I am going in tomorrow, so it will hopefully be resolved. Just looking for some ideas so I can have a dialogue before the work gets started.

Oh, forgot that a Forge oil cooler/lines was also installed.

the manifold bolts need to be torqued down in a particular fashion, to a particular spec, both available from JHM. I would go do that in my garage before bothering to go back. Might be super simple.

Sounded a little like the power steering. Maybe try turning the wheel when you hear that.

I have heard intake manifolds make some crazy sounds before when not torqued down properly.

its your forge oil cooler kit, a few lads in the uk have reported the same weird harmonics/vibration thing. forge have changed the mounts and this supposedly cures it.

Worked on the IM last night, no difference. Car was looked over thoroughly today and everything was fine. I listened to a 350z with an oil cooler whine, and it sounded very similar, so likely the prob. Forge is supposed to contact me tomorrow.
