Does anyone have any information as to whether these can be reset or adjusted?
They can be both reset or adhusted. Best bet is to reset fully and then let the adjustment take place automatically as it will self adjust
How would one go about doing the resetting/readjusting?

If you don’t mind me asking, were you experiencing any issue(s) in particular?
Recently had a situation where it was tried to bolt a B7 flywheel and clutch assembly up to a B6 crankshaft, which worked fine except we decided to use the newer (thicker) B6 disc instead of the substantially more worn B7 disc, but since the B7 pressure plate had already adjusted to the more worn disc, it didn’t want to disengage from the thicker disc.
You can get a LUK clutch disc and pressure plate for $140, seems stupid to re-use or try and interchange parts when you already have everything apart. Especially when you may be able to reset the SAC system and install it, but then have it not work to the best of its ability and you end up wasting time pulling the tranny again.
It is no longer apart. It’s my daily driver.
