Yeah the RS5 guys may be better off making Piggies. Having the same diameter as stock headers seems like a very expensive way to do a cat delete.

I think it’s more accurate to say that they are making a product for the sake of making a product…and the people who are buying them are buying something for the sake of buying something. Not a lot of research being done here.
When you consider how effective and evidently not restrictive the B8 generation catalysts are you have to wonder what the point of replacing headers with headers to cut out the cat is. Maybe 10 hp and 10 ft lbs of torque in a perfect world.
It’s interesting because Kline pretty much released the product and are like ‘look at this pretty thing made with expensive materials (Iconel)’. And not much else to support it…
At least their exhaust is 2.75" I suppose…
