Haha, remember to press the gas as hard as you can and go all the way through the traps!
Also, your DA should be about -500ft (way better than most guys at the top of the list) so if you don’t go 11s today I really think you should consider burning the car to the ground.
Very very close. Take extra time to line up the car. Make sure to drive around the water box but back up and make sure the car is super straight when you stage in the lights. As you go down the track try to not turn the wheel more then small bits. In the beginning as the car gets launched hard it’s normal to try and steer more to keep the car straight. Just use smaller amounts when you can.
Cooled car for 30 minutes, launch control working, 4200 RPM, meth/water off, DA-264, 11.98 113. Going down to 24 psi in rear. Still some loss of traction in rear wheels.
Do your best to stay out of the water. If you do get water on the 2 tires drive forward past the water box straighten the car up. Back up close to where the water box ends and there is no water. Launch the car to clean the tires and drive up to the staging lights
Skywagon’s return to the dragstrip? How about skywagon’s return to audirevoluution? He’s -39…why is he even posting?
If he’s trapping 113 mph, he is stiill fucking something up, perhaps not accelerating all the way. Classic skywagon. We’ve only told him the same thing for 5 months and 3 dragstrip visits.
Skywagon, on your next pass, don’t stop till your speedo hits 120 mph.
I did some calculations on my IBM PC jr. and it appears you need to cover the hole in your hood, and put the audi rings back up where they belong. Both are creating way to much drag and slowing the car down. I was trying to get more data for you, but my floppy disc is full. I sure hope service merchandise has more in stock! Btw nice job getting into the 11’s
And how are your tires spinning? You are AWD and at the track where its sticky as all get up That makes no sense to me. If you were putting enough power to spin the tires than your trap should be much higher.
