Haha nice! Foreigners living in London do all they can to keep their original country’s plates as it means no parking tickets, no speeding tickets. I’ll never forget my German’s friends TDI Passat wagon which he parked anywhere and drove whatever speed he wanted as he knew the Metropolitan Police are too busy or lazy to chase unpaid tickets on cars registered in foreign countries.
These guys (many of them) used to ship the cars to the UK for holidays and to coincide with their scheduled service appointments back when there were no Ferrari or Lamborghini dealers in the desert
Good lord, I thought 25 miles was a long way to go for a service when I lived in England.
