Some Leftover B6/B7 S4 goodies

Now that the S4 is officially gone I’m trying to clean out a few goodies that still remain in my basement.

  1.  Brand New Audi OEM First Aid Kit.  This too is sealed and has never been used or opened in any way.  All gauze and bandages are in original wrap and sealed from the factory.  asking $35 shipped
    
  2. Last but not least I have my winter wheels/tires setup. The rims do have minor cosmetic rash in certain areas but have NO bends whatsoever. They are in great working order. They are authentic oem wheels from my 2005.5 S4 wrapped in Bridgestone Blizzaks LM-25 235 40 18". The tires were used for only ONE SEASON and have 95% tread remaining. Best set of snow tires money can buy. Asking $1,200. Shipping is negotiable.

Really Guys??? Nobody needs an oil chage kit at $20 off for their RS4?!?!?! How bout some winter wheels/tires for our upcoming winter? These items are just wasting space. Make me an offer BUMP!!

RS4 uses 5w40 as do all the B7 4.2 guys. 5w30 was recommended for the B6. Those wheels wouldn’t dream of fitting on an RS4.

Thanks for clarifying. I actually got the oil from JHM for a friend for his RS4 and that is what they reccommended at the time thru the website.

The wheels are NOT for an RS4 lol but are perfect for an S4, A4 and many A6’s if someone does heavy winter driving.

Still actually haven’t replaced the S4 yet. Taking my time looking around but something special is on the way rest assured. Since I no longer need the Quattro AWD, I almost bought an LS2 swapped RX-7 FD 2 weeks ago but just didn’t move fast enough. Looking for something unique, pretty, RWD, and in the low 11’s.

Funny because I see Karsty on the forum all the time. Go check out ww.norotors.com. There are a ton of interesting builds there all the time. Solid builds do bring in a good amount of $$$ (20k-30k) but you have basically the best handling, fastest, and sweetest looking machines out there. Deciding between that and a built C5 ZO6 with 525 N/A rwhp. Both awesome rides, but I may wait until winter rolls around to get serious again in the hopes that these high power RWD cars may depreciate some (with the snow).

For now Im driving my ‘97 expedition beater around town. Try going from a modded B7 S4 to a 97’ expedition for your dd. LOL. Sure do miss my S4 man. Really was a tough decision to sell but I didn’t want to throw any more $$$ at that thing

count vohn has one I think…or an excursion…turbo diesel with a big massive turbo, no cats and straight pipes. When it is idling, the turbo whistle sounds like you are standing beside a fighter jet. Almost as loud too.

Hahaha you guys crack me up! ;D The expedition is one size down from the excursion lol. Driving this thing around urban Chicago is really hilarious. I needed a car for winter (wanted to garage the S4) and I also needed a car big enough to tow and big enough for my 110lb German Shepherd pup. Yes, a 110 lb puppy. I bought the thing for $1300, no that is not a typo, $1300. It has a vortec 5.4 V8 and surprisingly decent gas mileage. Ive got about $3500 into the car and its the best winter beater out there! Best thing about the truck is i don’t give a flying shit who door dings me or hits me. It really is amazing to feel that way about a car after you have babied an S4 for so long. I always parked the thing in the furthest spot in the lot, waxed every month, detailed all the time. Cleaned the thing with a friggin toothbrush and diaper basically. Now i park anywhere, its a wired but great feeling to not have to baby a car for once!

Saki-this is the car Karsty tried to buy. Read about it. IMHO, nicest (sleeper) sportscar out there for the money.

Hhahaha I stand corrected. Not sure where Vortec came from lol. It is most def a Triton 5.4. The truck (The beast, as I call it) runs great for something 15+ years old. Forget, the spark plugs, I replaced all 8 coil packs directly after purchase, phew, not cheap. I have a great Indie here in Chicago that does all my work for cheap, so it justifies having the car even if it does need fixing here and there.

Re: the swapped Rx FD. That is one of the nicer ones out there however 3 months ago, there was a pearl white swapped LS2 RX7 FD not far in Madison WI that I tried to trade the S4 for. Nicest swapped FD Ive ever seen . The guys license plate was classic: “RX tion” or (erection : iˈrek sh un). riggin awesome car unfort he needed the cash.

did you do the plugs with the coilpacks? I remember the aftermath of my buddy trying to do plugs in his 5.4 and it was a nightmare, 7 of 8 snapped off in the cylinder head.

Forget to update you on what took my S4’s spot in the garage! You already knew I was looking for a RWD high HP car. I was so fed up with z germans after the oil consumption issues with my S4 that I decided to go american muscle. 2004 GTO Black on Red interior. Obvi a 6speed with a real nice custom hurst shorty. The car has a worked LS3 in it with a monster G6X3 cam, longtube headers, titanium springs, hardened rods, monster stage 5 clucth, a Tick built trans…The list just goes on and on. The car made 508 rwhp last weekend on the dyno with the dumps open and 478rwhp with the dumps closed. I absolute love the car and I can drive her hard without having to worry about checking my dipstick every 40 god damn miles!! Keep in mind im still all motor and can still put a baby seat in the back. The back is actually bigger than the S4 was in the back plus. This car made me realize that the S4 is childs play. My catless full exhaust sounded like a prius compared to this GTO. Im a happy camper

beemercer really wanted one a year or two ago. Glad to hear you’re having fun. The hp gains per dollar on the LSX motors is almost cruel when you compare it to the German world.

I friend of mine had a sprayed/cammed/stalled 6.0. Thing was a damn beast…and then an axle snapped and it kissed the wall at ~80 mph. The sound was incredible when he got on it, deafening if he was doing a pull near me and my window was open

Im def having fun, the only problem is it is sooo loud, when I pull her out of the garage it sets all of my neighbors car alarms off. I love the sound but my neighborhood hates me lol. Gonna have to add cats and mufflers and quiet her down unfortunately.

I actually had some fun with an RS4 last weekend on the expressway. We did a pull from about 40mph-130mph or so and I had him by at least 3 full car lengths. He was not very happy to say the least. Especially considering i bought this for about half of what I sold my S4 for.
