Staggered Setup

Hey guys,

I just want to know your opinion on this subject.

I just received my Rohana wheels, 20x10 for the front and 20x11 at the rear. I know the tyre I should use should be a 285/30 however I had some talking with an chief audi mechanic, he told me I can run 295/30 at the rear without damaging the gearbox or the diff if I wanted.

What do you guys think of this, anyone with previous experience?

Yes. I run staggered on both my RS5 and my RS7. Your tyre shop should be able to compute the differences in rotation between the front and the back on this setup. As long as you stay under 1.5 difference in rotation your AWD gear box should be fine.
