Anyone know a way to retro fit a sport 3-spoke non airbag steering wheel to a c4 4-spoke equipped car? From what I gather I need this column cover for my “new” wheel

I have the wheel, need to know if I need the column cover or can I rig the old column cover so I have a functioning horn at least. Thanks in advance.

Meh, figured it out. Horn wired up to home brew “clock spring” that turned out to be a large washer contact ring for the horn.
