I’m waiting on my friend too send his Iphone video, but like the last one posted quality isn’t the greatest. Pretty sure someone has the 12.62 on vid or 12.64 pass of mine. I’ll post it when I get it. Either way i’ll be at the track this weekend with the gopro charged hoping to go 12.5x with some fiddling of tire pressures and maybe a lighter driver.

Depending where you are coming from I’d assume NYish area? You drive right passed it but if you are coming from somewhere else it’s on the other side of the island. Its about 40 minutes for central downtown montreal and Fountaine Blue golf course is about 30 mins out of montreal the other way, it’s an hour from Napierville dragstrip to fountain blue even less with no traffic.
On the highway? lol don’t think you want too know haha.
It removes the primary cats but there are secondaries lower down that are still in place. This is it.

Put a decent amount of car lengths from 60-100, my buddies 13 S4 6spd still pulls on the highway on me decently haven’t had a 100% fair race (me 2 passengers him 1) but still he puts 2 cars on me from 60-100 so even without pass he pulls on me his best time was 13.1. Have alot of friends with S4 we’re going to do some B8 vs B8.5 testing in as many low speed/high speed rolls, 1/4 mile runs as possible.

Not sure if you ever went too the US border through this way but Napierville is about 20 mins from the plattsburg border.
Yes stock sold him the car, DSG seems to eat up a bunch of power on the highway plus I would guess the manual is geared a little better but might not be. Do you have the 6Spd gear ratios by chance for b8.5?

yeah, I think APR found that when testing their APR stage 1 tune years ago. The manual car on the highway put a car or more on the DSG car.
I think manual B8 vs. manual facelift are very similar. Not a big change from one gen to the next. Someone will post it I’m sure but I don’t have it.
I believe speeds in gears are very similar to the B7 RS4. 40-70-100-130 for the first 4

Definitely in! Let me know when you guys want too setup it up and I can bring some audis friends and others down to Cayuga and vice versa. We could even rent out the track too ourselves if we really wanted too can ask my friend but not really that needed we can get a bunch of runs in on a saturday/sunday afternoon as long as there are no events scheduled.
