Tail Light doesn’t work

Hello to everyone in this forum—especially the admins—for allowing me to join.

I own a 2017 Audi A6 C7 3.0 Quattro with 116,000 miles. A few days ago, without any prior issues whatsoever, the rear lights, turn signals, and the center high-mounted stop light, covering both the left and right sides—suddenly stopped working.

Regarding the four distinct rear light sections (two on the left and two on the right), only one light on each side remains functional.

Could anyone here please tell me if you have ever experienced a similar issue? I appreciate your help

Thank you,

-Otto

Do you have a Ross-tech vag com? It’s a cable that allows you to plug into the car and talk to the modules and get feedback and error code data.

Thank you for your response. Yes, I do not own that specific tool; I only have a standard OBD-II scanner. This is the first Audi I have ever purchased—I bought it just two months ago—so my knowledge regarding the tool you mentioned earlier is quite limited. Therefore, I need to buy that tool; could you tell me what specific type I should look for and where I can purchase it? I am very grateful for the information you have provided. Best regards.
