Too much?

Is this too much?
I’d like to do mine that glossy blue.
Or super glossy Dolphin Grey.

I don’t get it? It’s just airbrushed and photo shopped isn’t it?

Perfect timing for the new Fast and Furious movie though.

Ghettosauce

That’s not Photo shopped.

By chopped, I mean the lighting looks messed with, probably some sort of filter was used to make the paint look like that.

I really hope you don’t like the 1) Stupid ass airbrushing of a thug life and 2) the hideous chrome fucking rims

He completely ruined that car.

Halo, you’re a lost cause lol. The colour is cool. The rest is absolutely terrible.

Wheels = blingtastic and pathetic
Aftermarket LEDs = fucking fail on any car
Paint = is that a mural painted on the side of the car? What the fuck is this a shaggin wagon from the 70s?

As I said. I like the glossy and the blue.

Everything else no…

Why did You have to show a PIC of You Dads van?
Its pretty cool for the time period.
I’ll bet Your whole house was full of that shit growing up?
Is that why Your so opinionated?

I still think the gloss effect is mostly enhanced by editing, but the color is pretty cool if that’s what your going after.

This blue is also awesome…

No vans like that at my house, thanks.

p.s. I think you meant to say you’re

You posted the PIC. NOT me.
So nice try…

euroswagr

I like that blue.

The first PICS of the car are inside with lots of over lighting so it looks extreme.
When they do PICS like that for magazines that’s how they come out looking supper glossy.

lol wut?

because I posted a pic found on google images when searching for ‘halo’s ghetto taste in airbrushed car murals’ suddenly that’s my van?

awesome. Keep on winning halo!

I posted the pic so you can see how retarded the A3 you like looks.

To that end, you posted the pic of the A3, so I guess

a) you like A3s
b) you like 22" chrome wheels on small hatchbacks
c) you like ghetto as fuck airbrushed artwork on your 4 door hatchback

Look man, I understand the lighting and things that magazines use…but on top of lighting effects they do a TON of software editing.

Let me ask you, do you think the naked chicks in playboy are that perfect? So after you say no, do you think that car looks the same in person?

Saki was correcting your grammar…lol not saying it was your dad’s van…haha

You’re= you are

“That’s why you’re so opinionated”

So what blue is it? If you’re looking for opinions on the “blue” then it might help to find an example that doesn’t look like dog shit. Euro posted a nice example, below is another but matte. I didn’t log into Facebook to see the other but the pic posted has too many distractions.

there’s a local guy who has an Ibis White B8 S4. Looks pretty cool

Wasn’t really looking for a new paint scheme.
I like my Dolphin Grey.
When I get a chance I am going to paint match the lower trim.
And maybe have the whole thing clear coated again and gloss it out.

The original PIC was a what was peoples thoughts about it. Nothing more.

Matte is the new in thing/trend around here.

Just a FYI, I know most people think you can just respray some clear on a car but this is not possible, The only thing they can do to help your clear OTHER than repainting the whole car is a wet sand and buff which actually removes a small amount of clear coat but does help it to have more shine and gloss. Just thought you should know. You should definitly paint your lowers though. A good shop can match it to the factory 10 year faded paint so it blends good enough to the untrained eye and most all of general public. Someone who is experienced with body work can see where body panels have been repainted. Something to consider is all.

Thanks, I was going to have a professional shop do the painting.
After I take a look at their past work to see if its going to look good.

I saw this and said. What?
