It definitely rips through 1st and 2nd quickly in 4 seconds or less. Unless he short shifted 2nd gear.
No kidding, that motor does look tiny in the engine bay. Is the 2.7TT much shorter height-wise than the 4.2?
Keep in mind the 2.7t is designed to have the intake plumbing (Y-pipe) run over the top of the motor and still have the hood close. So when this intake plumbing is removed the engine bay looks more spacious

Watch the video and look at the guy shifting. He is in 4th gear in 5 SECONDS!! So he either has a jet engine and turbo…or he doesn’t even know how to drive the damn thing. He’d be lucky to probably get to 60mph in under 5 seconds (because I doubt he is making any real power), but if he truly had to shift to 4th He’d be going 100mph in 5 seconds…that is not the case and I would put all of Saki’s cokes on that.
Beating a Corvette means nothing without a time, I’ve seen Corvettes run 9s and 14s.
