Has anyone on this site with a 4.2l RS5 considered a turbo setup or is there anyone here that has one installed? Considering adding boost to my 2014 Audi RS5 but looking at my options. Understand that JHM will or is working on a supercharger setup but not sure they have worked out all the bugs that PES struggled with.
m2motortechnick doesn’t have a great reputation here or over on Audizine. They’ve made a lot of claims and shown supposed Dyno numbers but the only reviews seem to be from people that have gotten burned by them. Damaged/ruined engines from them seem to be what is found on the Internet. And to top it off he seems to bad mouth most other companies projects.

Yes I heard the samething about these guys, it’s a shame as there turbo set up looks very impressive !! That’s if we can believe the dyno print outs of course ??
M2M has a worse rep than PES. The one dude that is part of M2M has been banned from every forum for basically making ghost accounts to act like people interested in his stuff. It’s been a huge dumpster fire.
HE/ They have been caught from everything from fake time slips to fake dyno results to dr’d videos. All caught faking all of it. They have lied about tuning… M2M blew its own car then tried to say the motor was from a JHM supercharger kit… They got caught in that lie as well… It’s basically a fraud all around. It appears to be a guy willing to take your money and try to figure out how to do things on anyone that is dumb enough to let them.
Pretty much what hahnmgh63 said. Just a bad rep with bad results with bad mouthing coming from them because they can’t beat anyone performance wise. So they bash everyone…
Jhm will likely not come out with their supercharger setup imo it’s been a few years already and I just talked to them this week and they pretty much said they have no idea when so I wouldn’t hold your breath
I agree. I also have a C5 RS6 converted to 6spd manual. A simple software flash is good for over 50bhp. Catless exhaust and Stage2 flash and your at 550bhp+ but also, and more importantly your sitting at 550lb/ft of Tq. I was disappointed when the RS5 came out that it wasn’t originally boosted. I’m happy with hopefully getting it a little over 500bhp (Stg2, Catless, LWFW), although the Tq isn’t even breaking 400lb/ft. I think boosting an engine with a 12.5/1 compression ratio is asking for trouble in any kind of long run.
