Update: beat my last record of 11.652@117.81mph

Temp 68
Humidity 37%
Mercury 30.27
DA 368ft

Mods are the same as last time:
GIAC Stage II
GIAC TCU
AWE-pulley
034Motorsports throttle body boot
AFe filter
exhaust X-pipe mod

Removed spare tire/jack. 1/3 tank of gas remaining (in between the 1/2 and 1/4 tank on the gauge). Fuel = 93 octane mixed with E85 for an E38% blend with an effective octane of 97.1. Tire pressure 39/38 f/r. I ran 3 11.5 (one of them I posted), and about 10 11.6x slips as the night progressed and traction became an issue.

Timeslip broken down:

R/T .348
60’ 1.656
330 4.781
1/8 7.377
MPH 95.26
1000 9.603
1/4 11.487
MPH 119.69

There you have it folks, I am #4 on the list of the top stock S/C S4/S5 3.0T platform, and #1 for an S5 3.0T. I was told to stop running after they figured out I was running consistent 11.5-11.6 (no helmet, oops!)

Going back Sunday for Runday Sunday, I purchased a 5 gallon can of VP MS109 and going to be doing an E85 mixed in with it.

Congrats! Pretty quick for the amount of mods for sure. What’s your best on pump?

That’s awesome congrats! Nice colour combo too

11.91@115.xx mph (DA was +1,5xx , temps lower 80s).

Loe, Very very nice! Car is moving out well… Happy for you and love your persistence… Some LW wheels, brakes, and dual pulley and you’re probably 11.3x! Awesome stuff man… Any vids?

are there any S5s that are faster (published times anyway)? edit just the APR 4.2 SC test car. Didit have the interior stripped and slicks like their other records? Can’t remember…

Congrats Loe! Damn good time for a 93/e85 mix. Looking forward to how you run with the ms109

Did you use LC or mash and go?

Hi all, thank you. No videos, but i think its the fastest 3.0t S5. I used giacs standard 4000 rpm LC. Looking forward to using the ms109, im actually going to mix it with ethanol (e38 mix again) because the car truly feels like its running in temps 20F cooler.

I can’t find too many details of that car aside from it being an APR S/C 6MT car, but that car is definitely moving (as it should after spending over 13K in upgrades)

well, that was a waste of good MS109, car ran great getting there with the E85 blended in (65F), but once the track opened, the temps quickly reached 81F, and the track was packed (DA + 1217feet). Will have to go back again during a Thursday evening test-n-tune when the temp/humidity makes for better DA’s in March (probably week of march 17th) from a performance and tire grip standpoint.

However, in comparison to me running the 93/E85 blend in similar DA’s where I ran 11.850@115.99mph, I ran 11.715@116.70mph with the MS109/E85 blend (best of 3 total runs, the other two were high 11.7x’s). So I am hopeful to have times drop when I can get similar DA’s to my 11.487 run.

Congrats on the previous runs… Impressive…

When you run MS109 don’t mix it. Pure MS109 is 105 octane and more than enough octane for the GIAC 104 file. By mixing it with E85 all your doing is leaning the car out. No bueno.

Congrats, I never expected the 3.0T to be this fast…I was shocked when primetime first started getting crazy numbers way back
