there you go. You can see those two shifts pretty easily on the short graph.
It’s interesting that you’re still accelerating while shifting 1-2 and 2-3. The 3-4 tends to be losing MPH though. 4-5 is really losing. I guess the dynamics of fighting wind resistance are a helluva drug at high speeds.
So wtf this is unexpected. Twin charged setup with a single turbo the same size as Britishturbo. This will get silly fast, it supports 900hp. I guess probably more like 600 If he keeps it to a reasonable IM pressure.
Wasn’t referring to you since the graph tsivas posted only shows 80 mph.
I’ve noticed it on my own graphs. It’s just interesting. You can see the slope of the shift is quite upwards on the 1-2 and 2-3 but if you get a zoom in on a 3-4 you see it plateaus and the 4-5 it actually drops.
The RS4 was reasonably slippery , drag wise. Wonder how the B8 S4 compares in that respect.
Yeah even though a few people talked about this idea a while back I didn’t think it would be out so soon.
It’s an idea to compete with Apr stage III at i guess half the price. Something to give the car some big high end to go with the early torque from the 1320. But to do so effectively will be interesting. Cooling will need a big improvement and with all the piping from the turbo (not to mention a turbo the size of a pumpkin) I can’t imagine there’s much space.
Would like to see them release info on their stage 1 tune first. Very scattershot marketing wise. They jumped to stage two and three, all just shit teasers and empty promises.
Thing is, it was pretty horrifically shockingly good. But to find such a gif, one would have to do quite some searching. We may have been shocked, but they had to sort through quite a bit to produce those results. So really, who lost in the end (unless that’s their thing, not that there is anything wrong with that.)
The absolute last thing I want to do is modify anyone’s post. But as Tsivas notes, I think someone hacked into or did something to Sak and Jspazz’s posts. I have deleted these links. Probably one of the most horrifying images I’ve ever seen . . .
