REMOTE AUTO WINDOWS and ONE TOUCH LOCKS - B7
This is a great, simple mod that turns your remote key into a handy window closing and opening tool. When approaching a sauna of a car on a hot day, hold down UNLOCK and all windows drop down. When leaving the car, if the windows are open (or sunroof), hold LOCK on remote and all will close. Also, all 4 doors now lock or unlock with one touch on the remote, as opposed to having to click twice for passengers.

That’s what people do on 2002 models. Change the coding to ROW or Canada. On 03+, it was no longer a coding change that could get you independent fogs. Audi changed hardware on USA cars

my 04 B6 A4 Avant 1.8T had independant fogs as daytime running lights (Canada light code)

That’s because your 04 was a Canadian car.
