Redneck truck, v8a6, pabl0, martianbooby, and few other guys all have C5 4.2 6MTs. Steve Ken did an S6, but sold it.
No other sets of headers for the C5s to my knowledge though.

My only “suggestion” would be to maybe slightly lower the sound level of the background music to allow for more exhaust noise. Just a suggestion.

Good stuff. When you did the short pull at the end, what gear were you guys in? There was barely any front fender lift or rear suspension squat on the black RS4.
funny, he first did it with nothing but music. I told him ‘the guys will lose it if they can’t hear the cars’. Then he re-did the audio levels a bit. Then I told him ‘they’ll still complain’.
If this were AZ he would have had 17 ‘CAN’T HEAR THE FUCKING CARS MAN!!!’ by now.
yeah that wasn’t really much of a ‘pull’…it was more of a carbon test. The guy’s first words when I asked him how he liked his RS4 were ‘I think I have carbon…car doesn’t pull hard enough up top’. I guess all the fear mongering on the forums will get to you if you own an RS4. I hear that guy wrinkledpanties (B5 owner by the way) saying ‘cleaning the carbon doesn’t matter…you’re down 50 whp after 5000 miles anyway’. So fucking uneducated. Anyway, I wanted to show this guy that the talk about the carbon is greatly exaggerated (it’s a negative, but nothing like guys make it out to be).
So I said ‘ok, let’s see. My car ran 12.9 two months ago which is the 3rd fastest of a few dozen stock RS4 quarter mile times I’ve seen posted on forums over the years. Let’s go in 3rd from 3000 to redline to see how bad your car is.’

well I called it a “teaser” since we were limited by a number of things that day (the cold, the dirty cars, lack of a set route) but it was fun for everyone.
when we go out again we’ll do up a wicked video.
but I’ll re-do the audio mix on this one. I’ll just pump up the cars but leave the music in.
