nope…why do you think so…?
Just tell your local dealer the part numbers you have interest in…and they should order them for the same price as shown…
My local parts dealer is Neil at Owasco Audi and he is very very fair with me on prices. I’ve never seen anyone better him on OEM parts.
You might be right,
I just called Audi pfaff and ask them about a steering wheel for 99$ and they told me its 960… :-
I got the link from a good friend…
Good service too. It was only a set of mats mind.
Got bored and looked through all 15 pages there for things for the B6 A4 and only found one thing interesting. Looks like they have a 3.0 ECU for sale.
MODULE 8E0-909-559-DX $590 $99 83% 44 2002-05 Audi A4/Avant A4/S4 Quattro; 2002-04 Audi A6/Avant A6/S6 Quattro
Not sure how well it’d work for a spare ECU, but if anyone is looking for one, it would be a nice option.
Most shops that do tunes can clone Yours to a backup/another ECU if You can call it that?
I almost want to go into a VW or Audi service/parts department and ask if that ECU would work for my car. It would be fun to have a stock ECU and a JHM ECU. Take it to a local place that has an AWD dyno and get two runs with each ECU to see how just the programming affects power output. Would allow for runs back-to-back to get more accurate data as well.
