Yea thanks for proving that injection pre charger makes a ton of difference. Now im curious if i place a small nozzle pre charger also in my setup, what the results will be.
Jones welcome to AR…where the smart people are…its sad on AZ when none of those guys work on there cars but they think there experts…evsn when a mountain of data for the past 20 years saying pre blower is most needed is r8ght there with the vet and mustang guys like you said…SRM is a scam artist that got kicked off AZ now ETG is trying to push h8s un tested crap hopeing that will make them look edgy…when they all just look stupid…
I don’t want to make fun of anyone but its sad that people making parts don’t know enough about the effects. Having a Supercharged for cobra. I can tell you NIGHT AND DAY difference in the cooling effects spraying any cooling agent before the blower vs after. Not only that but it adamizes better doing it before the blower as well.
So sorry for you B8 guys. When the B5 guys who couldn’t get that right try to make parts and give advice to the B8 guys its always going to be more of the same terrible results.
Spraying after blower will def get you more octane boost, but no cooling effect. As stated our charged air temp and boost sensors are just above infinikcs nozzles. So the ECU won’t see any of the temp drop.
He will get more detenation protection than a pre spray setup I would assume. I would run 100% methanol if I had a post blower setup.
I am going to run a 50/50 mix this summer and can’t wait for the results.
If I can keep my charge temp at 60 centigrade or below at redline I would be ecstatic!
What are the post charger temps that people are seeing? Or moreso the delta of pre to post on the B8. Just curious how much increase people are seeing over ambient and how much longer the CPS or the like keep them in check.
