Weird misfire last night... chalk it up?

Started my car last night, put it in drive and suddenly had some serious bucking. Put it back into park, misfiring stopped and then it drove just fine. Ran a scan today:

Chalk it up to bad gas or should I get it checked out? I may have had this happen a year or so ago with no repeats until yesterday. Last tank was filled with Shell 93 roughly a week ago.

This happened to me a few years ago, and I took it to the dealership right away (Fletcher). They wound up replacing the injectors. Though I’ve seen other forum guys have the problem as well, and it seems to have been only a one-off occurrence. Perhaps wait to see if it happens again? 99% of my fill ups have been with Shell V Power.

April is misfire month. A few rs4 guys got some random misfire notices… Only to clear the codes and have them go away. Not sure why.

There were like 10 vs zero last year.

Can weather play a role? Yesterday was the first warm/humid day we’ve had so far this year. Can that bring out some symptoms of old spark plugs?

I’m at 37,000 right now, I’m assuming I should change the plugs anyway.

We should gather every one who had these problems and find out what gas they were using. Wouldn’t it be funny if there was literally a bad batch of she’ll or something that went around the country from one of the refinery locations?
