Weird Transmission feeling

Hey guys just bought a S6 2 months ago, had the car shipped to my buddy’s shop we did a full tune up, control arms, Front and Rear Diff oils Trans Fluid and Filter. picked up the car drives great however i have been noticing a weird clunk/hit thats either associated to the transmission or engine, so if i am driving in and gear (but usually noticeable in higher gear) when the RPM is around 1200-1600 and i let of the gas and press it i feel a small clunk like a bad mount, also when the Transmission downshifts and is in the lower RPM range (2000 RPMs) feels like it comes out of gear. The car has been scanned and no codes are present in the TCU however there is a code in the ECU for a faulty passenger side Engine Mount, could that be my issue? I know its hard to describe the symptoms over the computer but hopefully i can get some opinions from other members

Thanks

I have the same engine mount code but none of your transmission issues if that helps. I would make sure the tranny fluid is full being you just changed it.

Can you verify the electrical connector is still plugged in on the passenger engine mount? These mounts are active dampening, if you see hydraulic fluid from them, they are bad.

A bad mount will let your engine thrash around when it shouldn’t. I have a pair of mounts if need.
