Well that's dumb. ATE Super blue brake fluid banned in US

This just seems silly.

You’ll be even more mad when you see how they made petroleum companies change the mixture in most race gas situations.

Lame

I’ve got 3 unopened bottles in the garage for sale. $100 each.

CAPITILIZUM…

While probably not a popular opinion, I do get why they’re trying to standardize brake fluid colour.

Tell me how long it will take before some ass-clown puts windshield wiper fluid in his brake lines thinking, “hey, I can just put the blue stuff in, and it’ll work”. Imagine the result the first time this Einstein drove the car?

Of course, if you’re wanker, you shouldn’t be changing brake fluid - leave it to the pros - but all it takes is one stupid person to f*ck it up for the people who know what they’re doing.

I really appreciated knowing when the old fluid had actually drained out… oh well. I may not like what the gov is doing, but at least I understand why.

Motul 600 it is, from now on.

I never really saw the appeal of the blue brake fluid. It must be because I have always used power bleeders and just flow a lot of fluid out.
