Left mine in to get stripped down and refurbished to a nice fresh sport silver, new rubber all around too, looking forward to getting them back on the car.
Loaner wheels aint too bad, just need to take it easy on them since the tires have a lower speed rating

WOW wheels do really change the over all feel of a car when you put it in that picture. Its not to say it looks bad but that tames down the car a lot. The VW center caps probably dont help LOL

Yeah they really change the look of the car. it looks more like a stock a6 in that picture! I forgot to remove the VW caps before fitiing! We have an oceanic climate in Ireland with no extremes really in any season so you can get away with summer tyres all year around. It does rain a lot though so i went for Uniroyal Rainsport 3’s im not sure they are sold in the US market.
The likes of Michelins or Continentals cost a small fortune over here you looking at around 450-500 usd a piece nearly!
