Got my S4 with no spare. While I am ok with that, the wife is def. not.
I prefer a donut (weight and room) but I have an extra tire should someone out there have an extra 18" wheel.
Few things. One ive heard (maybe someone can chime in) putting a donut on is bad for the quattro system and the center diff. If im wrong please elaborate.
Two, you say 19 inch wheel. Im assuming you have a B8? Might wanna give us a little more info on which year you have.
Damn sorry I forgot details. I am new to the S4 and I assumed if there was a donut, it would be the right size for the quattro.
04 S4. Aren’t these stock wheels?
They look stock but you ask for a 19 inch wheel. Stock wheels from what i know are 18 inch wheels for b6 and b7.
Ok time to find a new crack dealer! Must have been on some bad stuff when I read the tire. :
I believe as long as the wheel fits, and the diameter is the same as stock it should be fine.
For example the B8 A4/S4 comes with a donut.
All good. Actually i would check audizoo and fourtitude classifieds. you can sometimes find a single wheel for sale for cheap!
Check and get the actual size off the tire. I believe the 03 S8 had rims that looked just like ours but in 19s. Where are you located.
I have a spare with the oem tire, where are you located.
