Understand and thanks, question. I’m told to switch the tune to number four setting for the strip. REVO says #4 is the mode to use when burning anything over 100 octane. I don’t know what my current setting is . Had the SPS box sent to me after the Revo install so I don’t know what setting I’m currently using. Web page doesn’t help but I have messaged Jeff but it’s Saturday.

Don’t over think it. Do your best to keep it simple. Your surrounded by the most successful guys in all the audi platforms. Take notes don’t deviate from the advice. Take notes on each pass and share. If you can take video take video. If you listen to all the guys here and follow there advice you should crush your old times. Aside from opening the door in the middle of the pass and trying to parachute out of the car there should be no chance for you to fail.
Just burned to the same range as I am from the strip. Should get there reading about zero miles remaining. Have a go pro, sitting here charging. Car is ready, I’m ready, weather would be the only problem. Thanks.

Has a revo car even been in the 11s?
I honestly don’t know.

Sky- doesn’t the Select Plus come with a disc? Looking at the link- it looks like they might have stopped doing it.
When I had Revo software for my VW R32 I remember I could connect the box to my PC and upload and check different settings were correct via PC confirmation.

I am not sure if that CD/PC stuff is the same for the B8 S4 but if they say #4 is for race gas… then just put the SPS on #4 and load/switch the profile into the car’s ecu, wait for those confirmation beeps and you are done. I wouldn’t worry what it is currently running if you are switching it to the recommended #4 profile. This way you know what is loaded.
No CD but Jeff at REvo explained how to do it and there is a video as well. Setting #2 is for 91 octane, setting #3 for 93 octane and #4 for any fuel over 100 octane. I’m assuming (?) I’m currently in #3. Today, meth injection and 102 octane I’m going to #4 for the first time.

It’s really simple:
Set the SPS to 4
Turn the ignition on
Plug in the SPS
Wait on the chirps to change tones
Turn ignition off
Remove SPS
Thats it!
Maybe by the end of the day I’ll be able to figure out how to go back to #3? :

Not sure, but I was really close ;D 12.05@117mph 100 file. This was with no pulley upgrade, just roc euro and stasis exhaust. I am 6mt too. Also, Petes car, or dad’s had revo at one time, but I’m not sure if he made it into the 11s with it. Maybe?
I’m pretty sure Sky will be in the 11s though, well I really do hope…
