ahhh I always for get about the 3.6. On the VW site is says the 3.6 in the new passat is FSI.
I wish audi put the vr6 motor in the a4 instead of a 3.0/3.2 v6. Parts would probably already be available and the sound of the vr motor is music to my ears. Not to mention they probably could have paired the DSG tranny from an r32 or TT to the a4. It’s been a while since i posted considering i started the thread. It’s been an interesting few weeks. Car randomly got a CEL and turns out i had shredded vacuum hose which i suspect has been ripped for a while because the power feels way more solid now. I cannot wait to get some catless downpipes and a real tune for my car. Hope everyone has a fun and safe new years!

I’m not so sure about the quality of RAI products, but they have revived the 3.2 thread on Audizine and have begun experimenting on the 3.2 platform. They got 193whp/205wtq from a 3.2 and have posted a picture of some prototype downpipes already installed on that vehicle. Looking forward to the results.
I saw that. Those were some pretty reasonable gains from just downpipes. I wonder how much more power can be squeezed out of this sleepy 3.2 if it could just breathe better.
