No official pics, but eliminate the rear mufflers from the Resonated setup:
- Resonated downpipes, mid muffler, rear muffler
- Resonated downpipes, mid muffler, no rear muffler
- Resonated downpipes, no mid muffler, rear muffler
Mix and match setup. So in theory you could go straight back without mufflers after the downpipes if you wanted…

I have the non-res version so essentially just straight downpipes, the mid muffler and then the straight pipes to the back of the car… In addition to the HFC’s… I think it sounds very good and it’s not too loud under light load but screams at WOT… Drones at certain RPM’s but you can drive around it w/o much effort and since I don’t daily the car I’m fine with it… Jeff and Imola’s header cars were louder w/o cats… I believe I dropped about 25lbs with the setup over stock, I have the exact amount on a spreadsheet at home…

Well it appears the only tuners pushing this car are in Poland. They took a customers car and threw on RS7 turbos and other bits. Test pipes look good.

p.s. after hearing someone from Audi explain the differences in the RS engine and the S6/7 engine, I wouldn’t rush to throw 650 hp at the S6/7 engine

I am leaning APR because of the iOS app (logging, etc.). I am a tech nerd, and this type of stuff gives me a boner.
Haha I wasn’t even referring to the Stasis/Elramano thread. But APR looks like a really solid choice. They show about 6 tenths and 5.5 mph gained in the 1/4 mile. Pretty awesome really. And like you said, that iPhone logging app seemed pretty neat. Just be sure to post those logs on here if you go for it.
APR’s spring special should be coming up soon, I am planning to flash in the next month or so…love to get a better exhaust too, but alas no one makes anything worth buying.

The stock tune is really quite good. It feels much more stout and actually drives well.
Only reason to get it (my opinion) is if they recommend it for the horsepower levels being added.
I could take or leave the GIAC tune 50/50, it was noticeable and provided fun factor (after all, this is a computer game of a car), but it didn’t make it accelerate faster.

Buy our intake it will make 115+ HP, increase your fueld mileage by 10%, decrease IAT’s, looks really cool, sounds really cool, and costs less than others… How’s that? Sorry, I’m not much of a marketing guy…
