I would be careful. He is selling in out of Canada but the car has a NY plate in one picture and a different state plate in another. The big issue would be did he get the timing maintenance done.

Absolutely nothing but you have a better version of it so there is no point. Daily your rs and enjoy the hell out of it.
Nothing but it’s a car you have to know the history on. Honestly I think Jake is on to something. The b7 A4 looks nice and you get great mileage.
i don’t drive the rs in the snow, or should i say salt.
i like them no question but theyre more than i want to spend on a 4th vehicle that i just want to drive in the winter and when working on the rs. im honestly just a finicky bastard and am sick to death of driving my truck. im a driver and i like to enjoy my drives. the truck sux my ass.
my only stipulation is it has to be manual. im open to suggestions. don’t really want to spend a ton of cash but don’t want a pos either. i don’t plan on any modifications just something nice and peppy to drive to keep me happy.

The S4 listed was a 05 for 6500. If you look on Auto trader you will find tons of 06 b7 A4s for around the same price. I have my b6 S4 and A4. At first I wasn’t sure but the cool thing about getting a s4 for the summer or RS in your case and a A for winter is that you can still feel like your driving the car you love so much. Or for me that’s how it worked out. Must don’t really know but the old na 3.0 with the jhm treatment really gets running in the upper rpms. It’s super fun for a winter car and I like that it looks like my s4.
I’d agree with above comments unless you could find a killer deal pricewise on S4 with full service history and a clean bill of health, I’d go with A4 either B6 or B7, but 4cyl. manual Avant for sure. Not to mention you don’t have to fill up as often with an A as you do with S/RS.
